Off post housing information IMPORTANT The Community Homefinding Relocation Referral Services (CHRRS) is located in the Picerne Military Housing office, Building 4463. Personnel who want housing on the local economy are required to visit this office prior to signing a lease or entering into an agreement with local agencies to ensure that housing meets provisions of the Federal Equal Opportunity laws.
Signing an agreement without processing through Referral Services is a violation of current Department of Defense directives and may subject the individual to financial losses or personal inconveniences.
