Crofton Commons is located just off the Crofton Parkway in Crofton MD and features just 92 town homes built in the mid 1970's.  Most of the homes in this townhome community have been fully renovated and they offer unique floor plans that you won't find anywhere else in Crofton.  This is one of the few townhome communities within the Crofton Circle.

Community amenities in Crofton Commons include a field/play ground.  However, there are three community pools within close proximity with paid memberships.
