As we sort through the new normal with COVID19 and the Fort Meade area real estate market, we wanted to let you know what The Roskelly Team is doing to keep our clients safe and plan for your move.
If you’re…
Selling a home
Please know that in-person showings are allowed in Maryland with a maximum of 3 people attending a showing, including your agent. If you need to list your home now, there are safe ways to do so. Buyers are still looking for homes on-line and we’ll make sure yours is a stand-out!
We also provide all the sanitation supplies needed to safely show your home including hand sanitizer, booties and gloves which are required to be used by any agent showing your home.
Purchasing a home
We are now providing in-person and video showings!
Financing
If you are planning to buy later this year we highly recommend that you check in with Pete O’Donnell at Mainstreet Mortgage where you can apply for a mortgage on-line or call for a no-obligation qualification. This will have you poised to make an offer on your dream home just as soon as the dust settles on the crisis.
Re-financing
With mortgage rates fluctuating there are also some great opportunities to refinance your home. Pete can let you know your options.
Settling on your home
Transactions in progress will settle. Maryland has enacted approval of on-line notary services. So your closing can take place with no contact. If your title company is not providing this service check with Turnkey Title. They have all the systems in place to make sure your settlement goes off without a hitch.
