Gambrills saw an 11% increase in the average sold price and while new listings kept pace with the same period in 2018, active listings were down 15% while new pending sale listings were up 23%.  Inventory remains an issue!

We continued the trend from last month with the sold volume up over 65% this month and active listing down almost 10%.  As the little inventory that we have gets gobbled up we are seeing increases in home values and this month, that stood at 14%.
