Davidsonville, like Anne Arundel county is experiencing higher than normal sales volume with lower days on marker in March. There were 7 homes sold ranging in price from $350,000 - $850,000 with the majority of home over $550k. That represents a 40% increase in the number of homes sold as compared with last year. Average days on market is down dramatically and the median sales price is also down mainly due to the one lower priced home that sold.
