Seven Oaks is a planned community located on almost 850 acres of land and upon completion will have approximately 3,500 residential properties and over 5 million square feet of retail and office space making it a self contained city within a city just steps to the gates of Fort Meade.

Within the community you will find a neighborhood shopping center, day care, elementary school and some great recreational facilities and an on-site management office.  You monthly home owners association entitles you to use all of the community amenities which include 2 community centers, 4 community pools, 2 fitness centers, 4 tennis courts, 8 playgrounds, a baseball field, a basketball court and a volleyball court.

Saturday of Memorial day weekend through Labor Day from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
      
In addition you'll find volleyball, tennis and basketball courts within
