VA loan limits are changing! Beginning January 1, 2020 the new maximum loan limit will be $1,500,000 across the country. There will be no State or County specific restrictions. Already have a VA loan? Contact us and we'll help you determine your remaining eligibility.
To give you an idea of how big an announcement this is, previous loan limits in our area were in the $517,500 to $726,525 range. So Veteran home buyers now have almost double the purchasing power!
As with any mortgage loan, the cap home price that you qualify for will be based on your income and debt. However, having VA guarantee loans to a higher amount means that more Veterans will be able to use this no money down loan for their purchase.
