Our stats stayed pretty steady this month with the exception of the average sold price.  And I wish I could tell you prices increased overall by 34%, we just had a higher ratio of sales in the newer side of the community where homes are in the $500k range.  Now we're seeing an incredible increase in buyer interest and inventory has been gobbled up.

We're expecting these trends to hold through August so I really hope we get some more homes to sell!
