In the month of November, there were 524 homes sold in Anne Arundel County.  Almost 15% of those were in Annapolis MD while Glen Burnie came in a close send with 90 sales and Pasadena had the 3rd highest sales in the county at 55.

Overall we saw a 22% decrease in new listings and closed sales decreased just under 3% as the low inventory struggle continues with the number of listings down almost 25% from our 5-year average.
