Anne Arundel county real estate sales stabilized slightly this month with a bit of a jump over inventory in December but that inventory was almost completely absorbed and closed sales were down 25% due to the lower availability of homes in November and December.
The average sale price increased over 10% year over year which is great news for Anne Arundel county homeowners.
