November 2016 was a record breaker for real estate sales in Crofton. That is

We generally consider 3 months of supply a "healthy" market. We now have
less than 2 months of inventory. Supply and demand dictate that prices
will rise as we have more buyers vying for the same small inventory of homes.
The total volume of real estate sold in Crofton MD in November was $14,853,950.
That's up 57% over the same period last year. We are looking forward to 2017 to
see if the market continues to climb.
