As we close out 2017, the story is the same. Real Estate inventory is low
in Crofton. There are only 13 single family homes for sale ranging in price
from $425,000 to $550,000. There are also only 11 town homes for sale
and those range in price from from $220,000 to $360,000. Condo availability
(which includes many town homes in our area) is the most plentiful with
24 properties actively for sale ranging in price from $170,000 to $470,000.
Crofton MD remains a very popular place to call home for military and
