The Gambrills real estate market was on fire in July, much like it's neighbors Crofton, Odenton and Severn the general Fort Meade MD area saw double digit increases in value and sales volume.  This month the total sold volume was up 45% over the same period in 2018 with total units sold also 44%.  We expect to see even bigger increases in August as the new pending listings is bursting right now!
