I'd like to share yet another success story for our team on a home that we recently sold in Crofton MD. It's the Fall and things are slowing down a bit so it is a bit tougher to get the quick sale, but this home is an excellent example of just how to give your Crofton home for sale the competitive edge.

Within two weeks we received a full price offer. This despite the fact that there were several competing properties priced from $199,900 to $255,900!
