At first, I thought we were seeing a real, market driven change but thinking back to these last 4 - 6 weeks I'm seeing friends all over Facebook.....VACATIONING!!!  Now that many of us are vaccinated and pandemic restrictions are lifting in most areas, people are traveling and having fun.  We haven't had that buyer audience absence since 2019.  I believe this is likely the biggest factor contributing factor along with buyers who have just given up because the market was too competitive.
