Inventory is building in Odenton with 105 active listings carried over from last month and 95 new listings coming on board in March. Of those, 102 homes went under contract, a 17% decrease over the previous year. No doubt we're starting to see some effects of COVID in late March and it remains to be seen what this will do to the market.
The overall sold volume was up 11% and the average sale price was up almost 14% with days on market decreasing by almost 40%. We had a great start to the Spring market!
