First, I'm going to direct you to the inventory box where new pending sales increased 40% over the same period in 2018. But check out new listings which didn't even come close to keeping pace with demand. That should spark some interesting stats for June. When inventory goes down, pricing goes up! Everything else stayed pretty steady this month and the majority of homes are selling in 30 days or less. However, well staged and priced homes are selling with multiple offers in just days.
