Sold dollar volume was up 19% this month which is a bit less than previous months which we expect to see this time of year.  New listings were down 41% compared to the same time period in November 2018 and there just wasn't enough inventory to go around.  Prices for homes in Odenton continue to rise with a 7% increase in the average sold price.
