It's hard to believe we've said goodbye to February already! But here we are. The Odenton real estate market was hopping in February with a total of 19 homes settled, 36 properties under contract and 43 actively listed homes. Tops sellers this month included Two Rivers and Piney Orchard which lead the market on number of sales due to a recent bump in inventory. Seven Oaks, which is usually a top seller had little to no inventory last month so couldn't be included here.
