There were six homes that settled in Seven Oaks this month including one single family home four town homes and one back-to-back townhouse.

Single Family home sales
2037 Brigadier Blvd sold for $405,000 which was $12,000 below the asking price of $417,000.  It was on the market for 46 days.

Townhome sales
The average townhome price was $260,400 with 36 days on the market. This includes one short sale and one bank owned foreclosure.

Back-to-back townhome
One sale at $229,900 with 15 days on the market. This was a bank owned property.

Overall, for the month of March we had a bit of a slow start for real estate sales in Odenton with prices holding steady to slightly increasing. Right now there is slightly more supply than demand keeping housing prices stable.
