February 2015

There were 11 homes sold in the Odenton Community of Piney Orchard in the month of February 2015 which exactly matches the same period in 2014.  This includes 2 condos and 9 town homes. There were no single family home sales this month.   Days on market for town homes was slightly lower last year and the average sales price was at $351,467.  Days on market for condo sales were lower last year but pricing was about the same with an average of $199,950.  Overall this February lined up very consistently with last year's sales and their continues to be strong interest from home buyers in Piney Orchard.
