Total sold dollar volume for homes in Piney Orchard was down almost 3% over the same period last year due to inventory shortage.  Buyer demand is still strong and and of the 11 homes that were newly listed for sale in Piney Orchard and the existing 10 listings (for a total of 21 homes) 19 were marked as pending before month's end.

Average days on market was down 67% compared to the previous year as well priced and prepared homes are selling quickly and for top dollar.
