However the total number of active listings are at 50% of what they were last February. And, 17 of the 26 available homes have already been spoken for with pending contracts.
The sold dollar volume is up 111% and average days on market is down by almost 50%. The average list price to sale price is up to 97.6% showing that home are selling very close to asking price. Conventional financing rules the market with over half of total sales with VA following closely behind. There were no FHA or cash sales this month.
