That's a lot of equity if you invested in this community and those increases outpace Anne Arundel county as a whole.

The community is also a top choice with homebuyers and renters checking in to Fort Meade for military or civilian work.  Fort Meade is the largest employer in our area and an important factor in the demand for homes here.
