This month we saw 57 new listings hit the market in Severn up 21% over 2018, and 58 listings went under contract.  Buyer demand is still outpacing inventory with the total number of active listings down 44% over the same period in 2018.

Days on market is down almost 15% proving that well priced and presented homes are being absorbed quickly.  We are still in a seller leaning market with total sold dollar volume up 108% over 2018.
