Severn is one of the few areas that saw an increase in inventory in May 2019 but most of that was absorbed.  New construction homes continue to be big competition for luxury re-sale homes, but the proximity to Fort Meade and great neighborhoods keep the Severn real estate market hopping.  Sold dollar volume was up, units sold also up.  All in all a great month! Severn MD real estate and home values May 2019
