Inventory is again the buzzword in the Severn MD real estate market.  The total sold dollar volume was up 28% this month with new listings down 29%.  Inventory is being absorbed quickly with a 35% increase in sold listings as compared to 2018 and that pushed home values up a bit by 2.56% this month.
